Professionally trained technicians at your service

All Technicians/Engineers are registered onto Mplus which is a worldwide e-learning site for Konica Minolta. E-Learning offers outward and product training;

OUTWARD – To offer optimal service

OUTWARD is the worldwide Konica Minolta certification system for customer engineers and service professionals. OUTWARD is designed to provide service engineers with professional education on every level, from an “Associate” up to the highest service qualification in Konica Minolta: the “Diploma of Colour”.

The technicians have to reach professional on Mplus online before any product classroom training is done

Classroom training makes provision for practical training and troubleshooting for field repair work. Konica Minolta East Coast will not sell or support any machine that a technician has not received training on.
